I like taking pictures of birds. The fact that hundreds of them visit the house every day makes them easy and, sometimes, interesting targets. This photo was taken mid-March 2013. I've never seen a bird perch on an icicle before and was lucky enough to capture this before all signs of Winter melted away.
This is a great picture. I'm glad you were able to capture it before the bird and the winter were gone.
